2.Planning a strategy
Explore omnichannel strategy principles, the importance of aligning channels with strategies and the role of the customer journey and customer experience (CX) including analysis and measurement.
3.Choosing digital channels for your strategy
Understand channel planning and know its challenges examining inbound and outbound strategies, cross-media planning, the digital channel mix, and mobile marketing.
4.Planning & executing a digital strategy
Identify tactics and techniques for developing a digital marketing strategy looking at techniques such as SWOT analysis and PESTEL. You will explore the digital marketing strategy frameworks for implementation (SOSTAC, RACE, the 4 C’s, and AAAR) and learn how to develop, document, and plan a strategy using SMART objectives.
