Aims of the Module

The aims of the Level 7 Leading Change module are to equip learners with strategic leadership skills to manage transformational change and align marketing strategies with broader business goals. The module focuses on driving sustainable organisational growth, enhancing decision-making at senior levels, and preparing participants for boardroom roles. It also provides consultants and business leaders with the expertise and professional recognition needed to effectively lead change and achieve long-term success.

Assessments Methods 

An assignment based on a given scenario relating to an organisation of your choice. 

The assignment is employer-driven, practitioner-based, relevant, and appropriate for business needs.

Entry requirements 

You’ll need to have a minimum of five years working at senior marketing management level to study the CIM Marketing Leadership Programme.

A business or marketing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent qualification) will also enable entry.

How can it be used?

Learnings can be applied to lead transformational change, align marketing with business goals, drive growth, enhance decision-making, and influence at senior leadership levels, while also positioning consultants as expert advisors.

This module serves as a standalone award to showcase your Level 7 expertise and is a mandatory part of the Level 7 CIM Marketing Leadership Programme. Additional modules can be taken to complete the full qualification.
