On successful completion, you’ll earn a recognised CIM Award—affirming your ability to lead consultancy projects that create value, drive transformation, and embed lasting change.

Certification assessment 

You'll complete a work-based assignment which focuses on a real business issue, giving you the chance to create strategic recommendations you can apply directly in your organisation.

You’ll submit assignments at one of three annual assessment points—December, March/April, or June—making it easy to fit around your work commitments.

We’ll support you with tailored one-to-one guidance and peer-to-peer feedback to ensure your approach hits the mark. By the end, you’ll feel confident, ready to showcase your expertise, and take your place as a CIM-qualified marketing leader.
